There are multiple ways to review check results on the Accel dashboard, where the most up-to-date information for each application is stored on the platform for your viewing. 

 

To view the status at a glance for any packages that you have ordered yourself, you can click on "Request Summary". You will then see a table showing all checks that you have ordered. Under the column header "Status", towards the right of the screen, you will see the status of each applicant listed.

The definitions for the statuses are as follows: 

 

Awaiting Candidate Input 

The application has been created by the Client but has not yet been completed by the applicant. 

 

Pending 

The applicant has completed their part of the application and it is now being processed by Accurate Background. 

 

Other Information Needed 

The Applicant is required to provide more information before screening process can be completed. 

 

Completed 

The screening process has been completed by a verification specialist and the outcome is available to the client. 

 

Cancelled 

The screening process has been cancelled.
