If an applicant is unable to locate the original registration email, you have the option to resend this email directly from the Accel Platform. 

 

To do so, click on "Candidate Overview" in the left hand side menu. Then click on the name of the applicant in the list that appears. 

 

Then click into the package icon for the package that has been ordered. On the resulting page you will see a "Resend Invite" option in the top right of the screen. 

 

Simply click this "Resend Invite" icon and a new invitation email will be sent to the applicant.
