1. You will receive two system generated emails from do-not-reply@accurate.com 

One email with subject line "Accurate Background User Credentials" will contain your username, and the other email with Subject Line "Accurate Background Link" will contain a link to the password creation screen of the Accel platform. 

 

If you have not received these initial emails, please check your Spam and other email folders as our communication may have landed there and not your main inbox. 

 

2. Note your username in the "Accurate Background User Credentials" email and then click the "Setup Password" button in the "Accurate Background Link" email, this will take you to the Accel platform. 

 

3. Enter your username and click "Submit". 

 

4. Create a password and enter it in the password field, and the confirmation field. 

 

PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS 

  • Contain at least 8 characters 
  • Does not contain your username 
  • Does not contain a recently used password 
  • Does not contain a dictionary word 
  • Includes at least: 
  • 1 lowercase letter 
  • 1 uppercase letter 
  • 1 number 
  • special character such as `!"?$?%^&*()_-+= {[}]:;@'~#|<,>?/ 

 

5. Click submit. 

6. If the password meets the requirements you will be taken to the Accel platform login screen. We recommend saving this login link (https://www.accuratebackground.au/JSP/clientLogin.jsp) as a favourite on your browser for easy to access the platform. The link can also be found in the footer of the Accurate Background AU website (https://www.accurate.com/au/). 

 

Please note: the link for clients and applicants are different. If you try to login using the applicant link, you will not be able to access the platform.
