1. You will receive a system generated email from support@verifynow.com.au.
The email will contain:
a. A link to the Accurate Platform
b. Your username
c. Your temporary password
If you have not received this initial email, please check your Spam and other email folders as our communication may have landed there and not your main inbox.
2. Open the link, this will take you to the login screen to the Accurate Platform
3. Click login, this action will take you to the sign in page
4. Enter your email address and the temporary password that was sent to you in your welcome email
5. Click sign in
We recommend saving the link as a favourite on your browser for easy access the platform.
Please note: the link for clients and applicants are different. If you try to login using the applicant link, you will not be able to access the platform.
