The Accurate Dashboard (previously the VerifyNow Dashboard) allows you to check the progress of applications you have registered. The most up-to-date information for each application is stored on the platform for your viewing.
Each application is assigned a status which is located towards the right-hand side of the screen.

The definitions for the statuses are as follows:
New
Application has been created by the Client.
Clarification Required
Applicant is required to provide more information before screening process can be completed.
Started by Applicant
Applicant has begun completing the verification types.
Submitted by Applicant
Application has been submitted by the applicant and is ready for checking.
Started Screening Process
The screening process has been started by a verification specialist.
Completed screening process (QA Pending)
The screening process has been completed by a verification specialist and is ready for a quality assurance check.
Completed Screening Process
The screening process has been completed by a verification specialist and the outcome is available to the client.
Cancelled (if required)
The screening process has been cancelled.
You can find further information when you open up the summary of an application. Our team of Verification Specialists may add Status Notes to notify of any important information regarding the application.
