If an applicant is unable to locate the original registration email, you have the option to resend this email directly from the Accurate Platform.
Search for the relevant application on the Accurate Platform and select from the dashboard
Select "Resend Original", this action will trigger the email to be sent to the applicant
A confirmation will appear to confirm the email has been resent successfully.
