If an application is no longer required, you do have the option to cancel the application directly from the platform.
Search for the relevant application on the Accurate Platform and select from the dashboard
Select the "Cancel Application" button
A box will appear and ask for confirmation. Please also provide the reason for the cancellation e.g. applicant has withdrawn from the process
Please note: Once an application has been cancelled, this action cannot be undone. If an application has been mistakenly cancelled, the applicant will need to be registered again.
