Accurate works in conjunction with multiple stakeholders to complete required background checks.
The time-frame in which your application is finalised can be dependent on the processing times of these stakeholders.
For example, one of our police checks are completed through the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC). Once the Accurate team submits your personal details to ACIC, to conduct a police check, the time-frame in which the police check itself is completed is dependent on the team at the ACIC.
Please be assured that our Verification Team monitor all stakeholder platforms consistently throughout the business day for any returned results. Our team are committed to finalising all applications with received results on the same business day.
Once all required screening and checks have been completed for your application, our processing team will finalise your application. The results will then be sent to your current/prospective employer or volunteering organisation on the same business day.
